Privacy

Your privacy on this site

Here’s what stays on your device, what can travel with a shared link, and what happens if you buy online.

Recently viewed countertop pieces

This browser keeps up to three recently viewed countertop piece listings so you can find them again. It stores the displayed product name, size, price, and local reference photo. Prices can go out of date, and this history is not sent to AGS.

Newer views replace older ones. Use Clear history beside the list, or clear this site’s data in your browser.

Searches and comparisons

Your search, filters, and comparison choices can appear in the page address. Anyone you share that link with can see those choices, and the link may remain in browser history. Do not type personal or payment information into these controls.

Site statistics

AGS counts page views on this site to see which pages people use. Vercel, the company that hosts the site, does the counting with Vercel Web Analytics. Each page view records the page address, the website that linked you here, your approximate location (country, region, and city), and your device type, browser, and operating system. Vercel tells repeat visits apart for up to 24 hours using a code made from your request, then discards the code. It sets no cookies and does not follow you to other websites. AGS sees totals, not individual visitors.

Before a page view is sent, this site removes the private parts of the address. Order and quote links are counted without their code, trade sign-in links are not counted, and checkout pages are counted without anything after the page name. Search words are never sent. The only other address details kept are the Inventory filters you chose (category, width, color family, material, sort order, and photos), the kind of request, and campaign labels a link carries, and a value that could hold an email address or phone number is removed.

The site also counts a few actions, each recorded the same way as a page view: pressing Call or Get directions; choosing an Inventory filter; whether a stone or sink search found no listings, one to five, or six or more; opening a product page, and whether it could be bought online; pressing Buy now (with card or bank transfer), Add to cart, Check out, a payment link, or a link to the trade, commercial, or builder pages; which part of the page a call, directions, trade, commercial, or builder link was in; a checkout, for one item or a cart, that started (with its payment type), was turned down (and why), or was paid (with one piece, two or three, or four to ten); a quote request that started or was sent; a trade account request that was sent; a quote that was accepted, and whether its deposit is due, clearing, under review, or settled; and pages that were not found or did not load. These counts never include search words, names, contact details, order or request numbers, or amounts. To count a search, product view, order, request, or failed page only once, this browser tab keeps a note that is never sent and is deleted when the tab is closed.

AGS also uses Google Analytics, loaded through Google Tag Manager, to see how people find and use the site. It works differently from the Vercel counting above: it sets cookies in your browser (named _ga and _ga_ followed by a code) that let Google recognize a returning browser for up to two years, and with each page view it receives the full page address, including any search words, the website that linked you here, and your device, browser, and approximate location. Google processes this data under its own privacy policy. Google Analytics does not run on order, quote, invoice, checkout, cart, or trade sign-in pages, or on the commercial request form, because their addresses can carry a private code. You can block or delete these cookies in your browser’s settings.

When you start checkout

Order details

For products with a Buy button, this site sends AGS the product reference, quantity when needed, and a one-time checkout code. A temporary browser cookie may hold the order and secure payment link details needed to return to checkout.

Repeated attempts

This browser keeps a short-lived checkout retry code so a quick retry does not create a duplicate order. To help recognize a repeated request, the site may create another code from your network address and send only that code, not the address, to AGS.

Payment and phone orders

AGS keeps the product and order record. This site doesn’t collect payment or invoice-lookup details through a form. Card details are entered on Stripe’s secure checkout page. Stripe handles the payment. Products without a Buy button are handled by phone or through a commercial quote request, which is covered under Commercial quote requests below.

When you book a warehouse visit

When you book a warehouse visit, this site sends AGS the time you choose, your name, your phone number, and any optional request you add. AGS uses this information to record the visit and contact you if anything changes.

To limit repeated booking attempts, this site also sends AGS your network address. AGS uses it only to count booking attempts and keeps a code made from it, not the address itself.

Commercial quote requests

The commercial quote form collects the contact and project details you enter to prepare a quote and follow up. AGS keeps the request as a sales record. Sending a request does not create an order or customer account.

If a link that brought you here carries a campaign label, the request also records which kind of source it came from (for example a search ad, a social post, or an email), picked from a short fixed list. AGS uses it to see which advertising leads to orders. It never records the address of the site you came from or anything you typed.

To keep a request connected to this browser, the form uses a browser cookie and a request link. This browser may save a draft while you complete a request. A saved draft can help you check or retry the same request after a refresh; it is not proof that AGS received it. Your contact details and message are not included in the request link.

You can discard saved request details from this browser when the form offers that choice. Browser storage can be unavailable, so a refresh cannot always restore a draft.

Trade pricing accounts

If online trade account requests are available, the form collects the company, contact, trade, and volume details you enter. AGS keeps the application as a sales record.

A browser cookie may hold your trade pricing link so product pages can show your account price. Leave trade pricing to remove it.

Order status and quote acceptance

An order status link opens only the order AGS sent it for, and anyone who has the link can open it. If you accept a quote there, AGS records the name and email you type as evidence of who accepted it, and a one-time retry code so a repeated submission does not accept twice.

Customer care text messages

AGS customer-care text messages are only for the question you contacted us about, customer support about an AGS purchase or account, your AGS product order, your AGS payment or invoice, or your AGS order pickup. AGS does not send marketing or promotional text messages.

Text-message consent begins only after a completed answered inbound call: trained AGS staff read a purpose-specific text-message disclosure, you say yes, and AGS sends at most one branded invitation. The staff attestation alone is not consent. Consent activates only when you reply exactly AGS YES QUESTION, AGS YES SUPPORT, AGS YES ORDER, AGS YES PAYMENT, or AGS YES PICKUP to the matching invitation. A different or ordinary inbound text, including START, and a missed call do not create consent or trigger an automatic text.

Message frequency varies. Standard message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase. AGS will not sell or share your mobile information with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes.

Text-message originator opt-in data and consent are not sold or shared with any third party or affiliate for promotional, marketing, lead-generation, analytics, or any purpose unrelated to providing AGS customer-care text messages. AGS may disclose that information only to service providers, phone companies, and vendors that process or deliver those messages, or as required by law.

When you leave this site

Call links use your device’s phone app, and directions links open Google Maps. Those services have their own privacy practices.
